What does VictVest build?
Custom systems for UAE businesses. Four products: the Qualification Agent, which finds companies worth calling and gets you the decision maker's direct number; Academy OS, which runs martial arts gyms including the door; Client Portal, a public platform with a private authenticated area behind it; and Conversion Sites, fixed-price websites built around one decision. We also still run growth and media campaigns, which is where the business started.
How does the Qualification Agent find a decision maker's number?
It researches each company against everything publicly available, works out who holds signing authority rather than who answers the phone, and resolves a direct line for that person. You get a ranked list with the reasoning attached. The method is ours and we do not publish it. The output is simple: a name, a number, and why they are worth your next hour.
Which sectors do you work in?
Martial arts and combat gyms, law and accounting, real estate, car rental and automotive, premium brands and retail, and clinics. Every one has a shipped project behind it. If your sector is not on that list, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people.
Do you still do marketing and media?
Yes. Growth campaigns, SEO, content, event production and sponsorship are where VictVest started and several of our strongest results came from that work. 971 MMA reached number one on Google in three months. Crashflow reached the top three in Google and in AI assistants within three months. Buka Gym returned six times on ad spend. We lead with systems now because that is where the durable value is, but the growth work did not go anywhere.
How does an engagement start?
A paid diagnosis at a fixed scope and fixed price. We map one workflow, quantify what it costs you now, and tell you what we would build. It credits toward the build if we proceed. We do not write proposals before that and we do not sell platforms up front.
What does it cost?
We publish our floors. Conversion Sites and platforms from AED 12,000, Qualification Agent and CRM systems from AED 20,000, apps and MVPs from AED 40,000. Above the floor it is scope: integrations, bilingual content, hardware, roles, data migration. The exact figure comes out of a paid diagnosis at a fixed scope and fixed price, which credits toward the build, because quoting your business before understanding it would be guessing.
Do you work with government entities?
We focus on government suppliers rather than direct public-sector contracts. Supplier operations are proposal-heavy, document-heavy and approval-heavy, which is where we add value fastest. We have also handled business development and PR for semi-government organisations and media academies. VictVest holds a Certificate of Appreciation from the UAE Pledge and Commitment National Initiative for participation and contribution.
Who owns the code?
You do. Exclusive rights, source code and documentation transfer on delivery, and contracted engineers sign confidentiality and no-showcase terms. Nothing is locked to a proprietary platform that only we can run.
How is our data handled?
Access rules are enforced in the database, not hidden in the interface, so a team member cannot reach records they were not assigned. Credentials for anything we connect to stay server-side and never reach a browser. We test those boundaries rather than assume them.
Can you work in Arabic and Russian?
Yes, as a content system rather than a bolted-on translation, including the language of the first message you receive. ADRAR runs English and Arabic in production. Beyne Studio runs English and Russian, with the WhatsApp message pre-filled in whichever language the visitor was reading.
