Youcef Elamine Haibaoui is the founder of VictVest in Dubai. He has led UAE government-linked, sports and media partnerships, from national campaigns and semi-government collaborations to arena-scale sponsorships and brand activations. As Business Development and Partnership Manager at New Media Academy, Dubai's government-linked media academy, he built partnerships across public-sector and media programmes. Before that he ran marketing and partnerships at One and Only Luxury Car Rental, negotiating and leading the sponsorship programmes for Binous Classic and the 971 Fighting Championship, and spent two years as Technical Marketing Manager at 971 MMA & Fitness Academy, where the platform he built and the search programme he ran took the academy to number one on Google. He co-founded Capsule Halal in Algeria, recognised internationally through the World Summit Awards, holds the TRACE anti-bribery certification, and trains in karate and MMA.

How he got here.
Six things, in order. Each one is checkable.
First income came from buying and selling mobile phones in local markets in Algeria. He later studied computer science without owning a laptop, writing code on a phone.
One of the highest-ranked startups in Algeria at its peak, and recognised internationally through the World Summit Awards. His first experience of building inside a system that was still forming.
No network, no safety net, no one waiting. What followed was a climb through luxury and automotive, where trust and speed are the whole job.
Two years as Technical Marketing Manager at 971 MMA, a year and a half in car rental at One and Only, then a year as Business Development and Partnership Manager at New Media Academy in Dubai. The sector pages on this site are not research. They are places he has worked.
VictVest works with established businesses, large events and government-linked initiatives that are already trading and need growth handled properly rather than experimented with.
On selected projects VictVest works on performance or profit-share terms, so the studio is paid on outcomes rather than activity.
The mindset
Business Fighter is not a slogan.
Youcef still trains in karate, MMA and grappling. Not as a story about the past, as a current discipline. In a fight, wasted movement leaves you exposed. In a business, unnecessary complexity does exactly the same thing, and it is just as expensive.
Clarity arrives after action, not before it. We ship a working core early rather than perfecting a plan while the problem gets more expensive.
Every layer in a system is a place for something to break. If a feature does not change a number in your business, it does not get built.
Things break in production. We would rather find that out in week two on a small scope than in month six on a big one.
Credibility is built by doing the same unglamorous thing repeatedly. That is why maintenance is part of the offer and not an upsell.
