VictVest builds custom mobile apps for martial arts academies. The 971 MMA project is a member and coach app with schedules, membership, training progress and rewards. Booking and access-hardware integrations are scoped and verified separately for each academy.

The problem it solves

Give members and coaches a better place to train.

Members need their schedule, membership and progress in one place. Coaches need practical tools on the mat. We design the app around those daily jobs, then map each integration against the software and hardware the academy actually has.

A safer digital member pass

We design short-lived QR passes rather than static codes that can be shared. Door activation depends on the academy's access hardware and is verified as a separate integration.

Hardware integration, scoped first

We inspect the installed terminals, vendor access and membership data before promising an automated entry flow. A working app does not automatically mean a working gate.

The information members open daily

Membership, class schedules and instructor information can be brought into the app from the academy's existing booking system, subject to the access it provides.

Progress members can follow

A visible belt journey, training history and rewards give members a reason to return to the app between classes.

Coach workflows

Class information and progression tools can be designed for coaches using a phone on the mat, with permissions matched to the academy's real process.

Attendance and retention

Where attendance data is available, we can surface streaks and gaps so the team sees who may be drifting before renewal time.

Member and coach views are part of the 971 MMA app work. Parent access or multi-branch operations require their own scope and build.

What can an academy app include?
Member and coach views can include schedules, membership information, training history, belt progression and rewards. The 971 MMA project is a mobile app in this category. A complete gym operating system is not a ready-made VictVest product.
Do we have to replace our current booking software?
We start by checking what your existing booking software makes available. The app and its integrations are scoped around that access rather than assuming every vendor supports the same data.
Can it control the gate or the door?
Potentially, after the hardware vendor, QR reader, API access and membership rules have been checked. The Gantner gate activation for 971 MMA is a separate track and is not evidence of a completed door integration.
Is there a member app?
Yes. The 971 MMA work is a member and coach mobile app with schedules, membership and training progress. A rotating QR pass was designed, with gate activation treated separately.
Does it handle belt progression for BJJ and martial arts grading?
Belt path and training history are part of the 971 MMA app work. The exact coach review workflow is scoped for each academy.
Does it work for a gym with more than one branch?
Multi-branch permissions and reporting would be a separate custom scope. The 971 MMA proof is a mobile app project for one academy in Dubai.
