Who we are

VictVest Marketing & Media F.Z.E ("VictVest", "we") is registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, licence No. 46984, and operates from Dubai. This page explains what we do with the personal details you give us. Questions: contact@victvest.com or WhatsApp.

What we collect

  • Details you send us: your name, phone number, email, your business and your answers, when you fill in one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), message us on WhatsApp, email us or book a call.
  • Demo chats: what you type into the live demo agents on this site.
  • Basic technical data: your IP address, held for a short time to stop abuse of the demo agents.

This site uses no analytics and no tracking cookies.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you, call you back and send you a quote.
  • To deliver and support the work you hire us for.
  • To keep a record of our conversations in our CRM, so nobody has to ask you the same thing twice.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

Who else handles it

Only the services we need to run the business, each under its own privacy terms:

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), when you contact us there or fill in a form there.
  • Our CRM (Bitrix24 or Kommo), where we keep contact and deal records.
  • Google, which runs the AI model behind the demo agents.
  • Netlify, which hosts this website.

We share details with the authorities only when UAE law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we are talking or working together, then up to two years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Ask us and we delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Write to contact@victvest.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will act within 30 days. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
