A concept built to answer one question: which treatment, and why.
The problem
Aesthetic clinics list treatments by clinical name. A prospective patient is not shopping for a procedure, they are trying to resolve a concern and find out whether this clinic is the right place to take it. The gap between those two things is where enquiries are lost.
The approach
We led with outcomes and built a treatment navigator that moves from concern to appropriate treatment, then into a private booking path. The design work was paired with a measured audit of the existing site rather than assumptions about it.
